"Ball Playing Among the Sioux Indians," is a painting which was created in 1851 by Seth Eastman. Mr. Eastman was stationed at Fort Snelling in present day Minnesota, for seven years. During this time, he created over 400 drawings and sketches of Native life among the Dakota and Ojibwe people, who lived in that area.
